What to Expect
Sacred Movement intensives are special monthly training experiences designed for dancers who want to deepen their craft through focused, immersive work. Each intensive centers around learning and refining one choreography, culminating in a final filmed performance.
Every month offers a new style and experience level, allowing space to grow, evolve, and challenge yourself in different ways. Over multiple days together, we train with intention—building technique, confidence, and connection within a supportive group environment.
Limited spaces create an intimate, personalized container where each dancer receives attention, clarity, and space to level up. The group size allows for depth, precision, and true progression.
❋ Focused Group Training
Each intensive is carefully designed to build strong foundations—technique, musicality, and execution—so you can approach the choreography with confidence and perform it at your highest potential.
❋ Intentional Structure
Safety is at the core of this work. These intensives are a space to show up fully, explore expression, and take creative risks while feeling supported, respected, and held throughout the process.
❋ Safety in Expression
Professional photography and videography are included, capturing both raw moments throughout the process and the final performance—so you leave with high-quality visual documentation of your work.

Intensive FAQs
-
This intensive is for dancers with some prior experience who are ready to work at an open level. It’s best suited for those interested in learning group and synchronized choreography, featured in a professionally filmed art project.
We’ll be performing without mirrors, working on awareness, precision, and presence — heels are required.
-
A minimum of 6 months of consistent dance training is recommended.
This intensive focuses on group synchronization, musicality, and cleanliness on camera, so some movement familiarity is essential.
-
For training days: heels, comfortable dance or sportswear, kneepads, and a water bottle.
For filming day: an outfit that aligns with the provided moodboard (nude / white tones).
-
Closed-toe or open-toe dance heels with ankle support are ideal. Avoid "fashion heels" or heels above 9cm high.
If you're unsure, message me and l'll guide you on What's best for your comfort and experience level.
Heels are also available for rent at Drip Studio.
-
This intensive is not recommended for first-timers, as the challenge level may feel uncomfortable.
However, if you’re newer to dance but feel confident, motivated, and excited to work within a group setting, you’re welcome to apply.
-
Definitely a stiletto heel. Please wear heels supported for dancing, a boot style or pumps. For beginners, heels with ankle support and nothing over 9cm tall.
Fashion heels such as wedges are not recommended for dynamic movement.
-
Yes! I’ll be having a photographer documenting our learning journey and on Day 3 we will have a professional dance videographer to film our final performances!
If at any point you feel uncomfortable being photographed during training days, please let me know and I’ll make sure to let the team know!
-
I’ll be reviewing applications and selecting a maximum of 14 dancers to ensure everyone fits within the shot.
Limiting numbers allows for clean formations, equal spotlight time, and a strong, unified final result.

See next segment for registration link, once you fill out the online form I will personally contact you with next steps!
